Full payment will include state taxes of 12.42% [13.42% starting July 1] and an out-cleaning fee of $165.
A $500 security deposit is required to hold the reservation, which will be refunded a maximum of 14 days after departure.
Check in is after 3 PM -- check out is by 11 AM except by prior arrangement.
