Rates are based on occupancy, season and length of stay. Minimum stay is four (4) days and maximum number of guests is four, except by prior arrangement.
Full payment includes a refundable security deposit of $500, state taxes 11.42% and out-cleaning fee of $145.A $500 deposit is required to hold the reservation. Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival date; cancellation with less than 60 days is subject to a $100 rebooking fee. Any refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival date will be based on ability to rebook to another party. The security deposit will be refunded a maximum of 14 days after departure.Check in after 3 PM -- check out by 11 AM except by prior arrangement.
